We are looking for a new housemate to join the Highbank 2 crew as sadly (but also happily!) one of our current team is shortly moving into his own place. The room and property is ideal for a working professional who will appreciate the incredible communal spaces, wants very quick access into central London but at the same time appreciates the community feel of Earlsfield at the affordable price point on offer here.
The 1st floor room is available from December 1st and comes furnished with a double bed, bed-side table, chest of drawers and has access to a massive walk in wardrobe on the same floor. It is also located next to the main family bathroom.
You’ll be sharing the rest of the fantastic property with three lovely working professionals aged 30-35 who enjoy staying fit, movie nights (in the epic home cinema!), cooking and outdoor activities. The generous communal spaces offer:
- A full size, top-of-the-range Hamilton POOL TABLE (that can also double up into a large dining table or working space)
- An open plan kitchen with an island and all the latest mod-cons to fulfil your culinary fantasies
- CINEMA ROOM with state of the art projector and sound system (we have every TV channel / streaming service you can imagine!)
- DART BOARD in the main communal area
- Indoor BIKE STORAGE in our entrance conservatory
- Outdoor patio with BBQ and Ooni Pizza Oven
The house is conveniently located on a private drive (so secure and relatively quiet) less than 1 minutes walk from Earlsfield station, with regular trains taking just 5 minutes to Clapham Junction, 7 to Vauxhall (Victoria line) and 12 to Waterloo (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, Waterloo & City).
We’re looking for someone fun but considerate, and tidy – not just someone to take the room. If that sounds like you then reach out and arrange a viewing.
