£700pm flat 3mins from Earlsfield Station - looking for someone to take over before 10th December ideally. Rent is monthly rolling, so short term or long term is fine. Council tax is Wandsworth Band E, so really cheap! All bills (inc. council tax) together come to about £80-100 depending on season.

My boyfriend Ollie is moving out as we have now got a flat together, but the housemates Kayla, Wally, Jacob and Jacob and are all super lovely and easy going. They like a good pub quiz, wing wednesday, and will sometimes do day trips together (e. g. theatre, sport) but will also respect your space.

The room is a good size, with a desk, shelves, plenty of storage space (wardrobe, drawers, cupboards) and a double bed. First floor, SSE facing looking over the gardens so you get the gorgeous morning and daytime sun.

Being on the Clapham Junction (3 minute train), Vauxhall (7 minutes) and Waterloo (11 minutes) line this spot is really well connected and the high street has an M&S/Tesco express/Sainsburys local and some nice brunch places, coffee shops, restaurants, charity shops etc.
