The house is a beautiful 4-bed, 4-bathroom, 3-story renovated flat in Earlsfield, SW18.

The room is on the second floor, with its very own balcony and en-suite bathroom (with shower). I’m happy to negotiate furniture as well. Rent is: £1150, with bills coming to just short of £70 (can vary depending on time of year).🫶

We all have our own bathrooms, which is pretty rare in London! There has also been planning permission put in place by the landlord to build a staircase access down to our own private garden.🩷

Earlsfield is a lovely area too, with lots of lively bars, pub gardens, coffee spots, charity shops and parks.

You would be living with 3 lovely girls; Liv, 27 and working as a fashion stylist for an agency 5 days a week. Liv is a yes girl and down for any plans, whether it be gigs, festivals or a movie night at home.

Emily is 29, relocated from Australia and works as a primary school teacher. Em is also a yes girlie who loves a beer garden and exploring all London has to offer.

Amelia is 24, recently relocated to London and originally from Belfast. Amelia works in marketing and is an outgoing girlie who like the other girls, is always down for a glass of wine or trip to the local pub.
