Room to let in Tooting

Rent: £875 pcm. When including all bills and some communal items like loo roll, etc it comes to around £1015 pcm right now.

The flat is in a gorgeous area between Earlsfield and Tooting, and it’s not too far to walk to the tube/rail stations. It looks out over a little park (great for dogspotting!) and was refurbished a few years ago so it’s in good condition. We have a nice living room and a good kitchen as well as a little balcony. We keep the place nice and clean so I would be looking for someone new who does the same!

I’m Emily (she/they) and I’m a 28-year-old lesbian with a remote job, so I’ll be home during the day if you’ve got a delivery coming!

I’d like to find someone similar who shares my world views (no TERFs, no SWERFs, no fascists, no zionists etc etc) and who I can genuinely be friends with. I love films, tv and pop culture, going to gigs or the cinema, and it would be nice to have someone who has similar interests so we can hang out/have movie nights in the living room.

Tenancy: It’s a 12 month contract starting in January. I would love to live with someone who is interested in being here long-term. It’s an assured shorthold tenancy.

Access: No step free access, the flat is on the second floor up two flights of stairs. Front door is a key fob buzzer that connects to an app. The flat is all on one level once you’re on the right floor. Neurodiversity-wise, I am happy to consider any accommodations needed - I have ADHD. It’s 420 friendly as long as you smoke on the balcony. At present this is not a fragrance/spray-free home but I’m more than willing to make accommodations if needed. No cats unfortunately as I am allergic but other pets are fine if the landlord is cool with it!
