Located on Garratt Lane, SW18 4DX. Earlsfield is a lovely area with many independent shops and restaurants within a 5min walk as well as a small Tesco.

Very close to Wandsworth High Street (15min walk) where you will find the Southside shopping centre, along with a large Sainsbury’s and various restaurants, cafes and pubs.

- Earlsfield (14min journey to Waterloo) is an 8min walk away.
- Southfields Underground (District Line) is a 20min walk away.
- Tooting Broadway Underground (Northern Line) is a 15min bus ride away.
- Clapham Junction (London Overground and Rail) is 1 stop from Earlsfield station or a 25min bus ride away.

There are many green spaces around, the closest being King George’s Park (10min walk).

Room/flat:

Fully furnished double room available from January (date flexible) for single occupancy. Double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table included.

Sharing with 1 other professional who is easy going and travels often. I am looking for someone to take over my rolling contract and therefore this would be a long term let.

The flat has a large and bright living room and dining area, including a smart TV (Sky TV/sports and cinema included within bills) and also a double sofa bed. There is a separate large kitchen (fully equipped) and a full bathroom.

I have lived in this flat for 7+ years without any issues. The only reason I am moving out is to move in with my partner.

Apologies, no couples or pets. Smokers welcome, just not smoking within the flat.
