Looking for 1 or 2 people for a beautiful flat

I'm looking for 1 or 2 females (preferably) to fill 2 rooms in a beautiful newly refurbed flat situated between Earlsfield and Wandsworth Common. This is perfect for 2 females who are looking as a buddy up! The 3 of us would be moving in at the same time as another tenant is moving out. I would love flatmates who are tidy, respectful and want a quiet relaxing place to call home in a beautiful harmonious environment.

I'm an Irish Kiwi professional working in the city. I love art & design, healthy lifestyle (yoga with Adrienne videos are my favourite), travelling (especially Japan where the matcha is so good!), getting out in nature, a good film with popcorn and fairy lights and I also volunteer at a charity for young girls who have lost their Mothers.

Recently renovated, this beautiful, light upstairs maisonette is perfectly situated on a highly sought after residential road overlooking the Spencer Tennis Club. It's available the middle of January

The larger double room is £850mth and smaller double room £700mth
(Note: If I can only find one person, the rent will be £1150mth until we find a 3rd person for one of the other rooms, then the rent will be dropped)
Also open to a couple, but rent may be adjusted.

Referencing is done through Open Rent. Once referencing is complete, then the deposit is a months rent between the tenants (which would be £1150 if I only fill one room, or either £800/£700 each if both rooms get filled)
