1 Double Bedroom in spacious flat in SW18

Hello!

Me and my partner are looking for someone to fill a double bedroom in our flat from March 2026 to March 2027. The rent is approximately £915 including bills, the deposit hasn’t been set yet but will most likely be around the same as the rent (£840) and references may be required.

The bills include Gas, Electric, WiFi, Council Tax and Water.

Based in Earlsfield, it’s a quiet area with plenty of amenities nearby as well as close to transport links with a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield Station (around 13 min train to Waterloo), 10 minute bus to Tooting Broadway for the Northern Line and 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Park or Southfields for the District Line.

The double room includes a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers but has plenty of space for a desk as well if needed.

We have a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen space as well as a bath/shower. We are also fortunate to have a garden with a table, chairs and bbq! We also have on street parking that needs a permit.

The house contains a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We do also have an additional fridge/freezer that can be used if needed.

We are both very sociable enjoying a trip to the cinema or pub on a regular basis but also enjoy an evening to chill in.
