I’m sadly leaving my flat share with my amazing flatmate Lola to move in with my boyfriend in January. The room will be available from 18th January (with some flexibility to end of January latest) and is £1000pcm (bills are an extra £130/month, paid separately into a shared account to keep things simple and to cover any fluctuations).

The Room & Rent:
* Rent: £1000pcm
* Bills: Around £130/month (separate, with a little buffer for seasonal changes)
* The room is unfurnished, so you’ve got the freedom to make it your own! If you'd like, I can leave the bed and mattress (only a year old and in great condition) for an additional £100.
* Shared bathroom (it’s a lovely space, so no issues there!)

About the Flat:
This is a gorgeous, 2-bedroom flat split over two levels, so it feels really spacious. It’s 10 minutes from Earlsfield Station (and 15 mins to Waterloo) and also just 10-15 mins from Wimbledon Park or Southfields stations for the District Line. The 156 bus stops almost outside, and it even runs a night service for those late nights.

Earlsfield itself has a great vibe – there are loads of pubs and cute coffee spots to choose from. Plus, a Sainsbury’s Local is less than 5 minutes from the flat, and there’s an M&S less than 10 minutes away, so you’ll have all the essentials covered.

We’re also just around the corner from King George’s Park, and Wimbledon Park is a short walk away, so there are plenty of lovely green spaces to enjoy nearby.

The flat is well-kept, with plenty of storage space (there’s an airing cupboard and room for coats and shoes in the hallway). The living room and kitchen are done to a high standard and make it a really nice place to relax in.

A Little About Lola:
Lola is 30, works in Management Consulting, and is currently on a project in Manchester, so she’s away 1-2 nights a week. The rest of the time, she works mostly in the office, with a couple of days working from home.

She enjoys staying active, cooking, and having cozy nights in, but she also loves trying out new restaurants, wine bars, and exploring London. She’s super chill, sociable, and respectful, and she’s looking for someone who shares that vibe! Ideally, she’s hoping to find someone around 27-34 who’s clean, considerate, and who could be a potential friend.

Additional Info:
* Private landlord who is responsive and takes great care of the property. No management companies involved, so everything’s nice and straightforward.
* Cleaner comes once a month to take care of the communal areas, and it’s about £20 each for that.
