Beautiful room 1 minute walk Earlsfield Station

The house is on a relatively quiet street, only one minute walk from Earlsfield Station. There is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, pilates studios, barber shops; basically everything you need just around the corner.

The house is a five-bed property, recently renovated in a very high-spec, stylish way. It's got a great living room with a wood burner, a massive live-in kitchen, and a small patio.

I live there myself, although I'm away regularly. I am 58 years old and I very much enjoy my privacy. I keep myself to myself and would like you to do the same. That's not to see we couldn't have frequent and good contact - the previous lodger loved it and we had a great relationship. It's just that it shouldn't be expected or taken badly if I don't want to engage.

Consequently, it's a quiet house. It is not suitable for somebody who wants to invite people over all the time or throw parties. It's not suitable for students. It's best suited for somebody who is quiet, at least 30 years old, and a professional who does not want to socialize as part of the tenancy. Can be male or female.

The room is on the second floor at the back of the house. The house has heavy-duty, soundproof windows, so it will be quiet. It's got high ceilings and is of double bedroom size. There is some furniture in it - a double bed, a set of drawers, a TV and some lamps - although those can be removed if preferred. You have use of your own bathroom.

Many rooms for rent are not this nice, and they're not in a house as beautiful as this one.
