Also an enormous lounge with 60 inch smart TV for Netflix and Amazon Prime, 2 stylish bathrooms. The house is perfectly located on a residential street 8 mins from the shops, amenities, bars and trendy brunch cafes of Earlsfield. With Tooting Broadway’s cool food markets and the castle pub in the other direction.

The property also has a good sized walled garden with astro turf, with a side access gate to bring push bikes through, perfect for summer BBQ’s and outdoor workouts.

In terms of transport links this property is perfect!! There is the aforementioned tube station at Tooting Broadway which is on the Northern line. The the other direction you have the overground from Earlsfield which takes you one stop to Clapham Junction, or 3 stops to Waterloo. The connections for this house incredible. You are also a 30 minute walk from Wimbledon should you fancy somewhere different.

In Tooting Broadway, you’ll find plenty of shops including a large Primark plus numerous trendy brunch spots including Mud, Brick wood, Milk teeth etc, plus both Tooting markets which now rival Brixton village for pop up food venues and bars. You will also find other fantastic bars, restaurants and pubs like the Castle with its awesome beer garden. In addition Tooting was also recently voted one of the top 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world to live by Lonely Planet so it really is the place to be.

Earlsfield has less shops, but plenty of cafe’s and pubs so you are spoilt for places to be sociable. There is also a park 25 meters up the road for jogging and sports.

The rooms are all an amazing size with new double beds and orthopaedic mattress, new bedside tables and drawers. All bills are included in the price along with high speed broadband internet (600mbps), and a cleaner fortnightly. There is an enormous kitchen/Diner and separate lounge and flat screen TV provided for Netflix and Movies.

The current houses mates range 25-33 with an equal male / female split, and are all young working professionals. There is a nice ambience and sometimes as flat we will go out for drinks locally, while everyone also has their balance of seeing their own friendship groups too. One of the girls is moving on to pastures new, hence we are looking for a girl to keep the balance.

This really is an amazing and rare property, it gives you the opportunity to be sociable but also have your own space!
