A gorgeous ground floor flat with garden, located right near Earlsfield station, there are plenty of buses to take you to Wandsworth, Tooting and Clapham. Amenities such as the Tesco Express, Wandle pub, M&S, Gails and lots of local restaurants are within easy walking distance. This is a really lovely area with lots going on all year round.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe storage, and large main bathroom next door which features a bath tub. This would be your own bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.

You'll be living with the current flatmate who is a professional female. Together we've enjoyed dinners, gigs and cosy movie nights, but also have our own independent lives.

Bills average around £200 a month each (council tax band D)

I am moving as relocating to a new area, but I have absolutely loved living here!

Move in date 1st March.

Lease runs till 25th June 2026 with the plan to renew in summer.
