Huge double room in garden flat in Earlsfield

I am sadly leaving my lovely room in this chilled flat to move in with some other friends.

The room is huge with ample storage and a big window for lots of natural light. It will come with the bed, one chest of drawers and a double wardrobe.

We have a separate kitchen and living room, good sized bathroom and the best bit… a sun trap garden at the back.

The flat is <3 minutes away from Earlsfield station which has direct trains into Waterloo every 5ish minutes, 5 min walk to bus stops which for the 44, 77 and 270 buses. Tooting Broadway is c. 20 mins away for the Northern Line and Wimbledon c. 5 mins on the train for the District Line.

You will be living with Sarah and Vikki, who are both lovely, chilled girls who like a good catch up in the evening but also value their own time.

Bills are usually £100-130.

Minimum 30k salary p/a and preferably full time permanent employment.
