👤 LOOKING FOR TWO NEW FLATMATES
Sadly the time has come for two flatmates to move out after a few years living together. But that gives us the opportunity to find two new ones! We’ve always been a mixed house which we’ve enjoyed (and the landlord is asking us to keep it like this)… so as the two guys left we are looking for two girls to join :)

Ideally 1st March 2026. Viewings will start on the 7th of February.

While I have enjoyed my time in London for the past 8 years, I do miss the Brazilian sun 😂. I am passionate about cooking, coffee, hiking, and discovering new bakeries. I love unwinding at home with a TV show (Friends is my favourite) and a nice bottle of red wine. I am also quite active, so you will often find me at the gym or out for a run 🏃🏼♂️.”
~ “Hey, I am Alex. I’m 33 years old, from Guildford so not quite as exotic as Filipe! I’ve been living in London for 6 years and lucky to have found this place in Earlsfield 3 years ago. I have recently been getting back into the gym (inspired by Filipe) and always on the lookout for a tennis partner!”
🏡 THE FLAT
The flat is a modern four-bed and has been recently refurbished. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has lovely bay windows, loads of natural light, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (coffee lover here ☕ haha), toaster, and even an air fryer. We also have a little bar corner, perfect for bringing out a good bottle of wine.
On the living room side, there is a cosy sofa (great for naps), a coffee table, a reading corner, and a TV. The broadband is super fast.
The flat has two bathrooms (one on each floor) which we split by whose bedrooms are on what floor.
We are lucky to have a garden too with a shed for storage. We love hosting friends in the summer, usually for a barbecue.
The landlords lived here before us, so the place was done with care. They left the furniture in the flat, which makes it feel homely rather than just another rental.
The flat also has a separate laundry room on the second floor.
🛏 YOUR BEDROOM & RENT
- Bedroom 3 (first floor)
A good-sized double bedroom located next to the living room. It comes with a built-in wardrobe with loads of storage, ideal if you have lots of clothes or belongings. The room includes the bed frame and mattress.
You will share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and it is only shared with Alex.
Rent: £900 per calendar month
- Bedroom 1 (second floor)
This is the biggest bedroom in the flat, perfect if you like having plenty of space to move around. There is no built-in wardrobe, but the room has shelves, a hanging rail with plenty of space for clothes, and a chest of drawers. The bed frame and mattress are also included.
The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower (no bath) and is shared only with Filipe.
Rent: £900 per calendar month
☺️ ABOUT YOU
You are easy-going, kind, and respectful, and like keeping a good vibe at home (you know, we all have enough stress at work, haha). We hang out sometimes (especially if you are a good cook), but also respect each other’s private space. Everyone is expected to help with basic chores to keep the flat nice and clean. Being able to open a bottle of wine is definitely a bonus.
Please be prepared to complete the referencing process with our landlord. You will be required to prove your Right to Rent in the UK.
Alex works from home, and Filipe is mostly in the office with a couple of remote days. We have desks in our rooms, so that is where we usually work (especially for meetings) but sometimes we hang out and work in the shared area too. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is not fully remote.
📌 LOCATION
The flat is in Earlsfield, on a quiet residential street. We are just a few minutes from Garratt Lane, which has loads of restaurants, cafés, and pubs. If you are into green spaces, we are also close to Wandsworth Common, which is beautiful and has even more cafés, pubs, and places to eat.
Springfield Park is right across the road, with plenty of green space and a great spot for running. There is also a local Sainsbury’s nearby and a good gym close to the flat, which we both go to.
Transport wise:
- Earlsfield station (National Rail) - 15 minutes walk [towards Waterloo]
- Wandsworth Common station (National Rail)) - 17 minutes walk [towards Victoria]
- Tooting Bec station (Northern line) - 24 minutes walk
- Wimbledon Park station (District line) - 39 minutes walk
⚡️ BILLS
Bills are not included in the rent. Based on previous years, it should be approximately £95 per month each.

- Energy and Gas (around £33 each)
- Council Tax (around £25 each)
- Broadband (around £15 each)

👤 OUR LANDLORD
The landlords are great and always quick to respond. They also have a handyman who helps out whenever needed. The whole flat was fully repainted at the end of September.
⏰ MINIMUM STAY
The contract runs until 30 September 2026, but we really love living here and definitely plan to stay longer.
