You will have a good-sized double room in a two-storey maisonette. The room has a double bed as seen in the photo, cushy carpet and ample storage in built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is a short distance down the hall and is for your sole private use. Nobody else will be using that bathroom.

🔆Other amenities:
- Fully-stocked kitchen.
- Small private garden with garden furniture which would be lovely to use when the weather warms up. You can also dry your clothes in the garden on the clothing line.
- Small study for anyone to use for drying clothes or working.

🔆Who you will be living with:
You will be living with two young professionals in their 20s, who occupy the loft bedroom. They have their own bathroom so your bathroom is for your own private use. Bear in mind the maisonette has 4 bedrooms in total and only 2 occupied (including yours) so there is a lot of space and privacy for all the lodgers.

🔆Bills included, although we ask that you are considerate with your usage.

One thing to note is that our house is currently on the market and we may have occasional viewings from prospective buyers so we ask that you are okay with it. We are looking for lodgers keen on short-term rental of 3 months and rolling after that.
