Light-filled loft with private bathroom

You will have a private floor all to yourself in a 2-storey maisonette. The room contains a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom that was newly renovated, as well as drawers and a hanging rack for clothes.

We are a family of 4 with two young children (4 and 7) and we live downstairs the loft. We are seldom at home in the week and the whole family only gets home from school and work after 6pm. The space is perfect for someone who wants peace and quiet and the whole home to herself in the day.

We are ideally looking for a female tenant who is comfortable with having young children around in the shared spaces, which include the kitchen and sitting room. We take your privacy seriously and your living quarters give you a lot of privacy as the entire floor in the loft in yours.

We also welcome people with children to stay with us in our family-friendly home.
