My current housemates are moving to different areas, so we’re looking to fill three rooms for a new 12-month tenancy.
Bills (Council tax, WiFi, Heating & Electric) come to around £110 per month, which includes a communal cleaner every two weeks. Water is billed every 6 months.
The house has plenty of kitchen storage, a dishwasher, and a lovely garden, perfect for socialising in the summer.
Ideally, looking for people on similar schedules (9–5, office or hybrid), but we’re open to anyone who’d be up for a friendly, social household. Open to a group of friends joining or individuals.
