Moving in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to replace me in my gorgeous flat right next to Springfield Park.

⭐️Walking distance of both Tooting Stations and Earlsfield Station (15 mins) with direct busses to Tooting Broadway, Earsfield, Clapham South, and Clapham Junction
⭐️Technically unfurnished but communal furniture is staying and happy to discuss most of bedroom furniture staying too if convenient!
You would be living with Rebecca who I met on one of these groups and have lived with for over two years now. She is the BEST flatmate and now one of my closest friends so I couldn’t recommend more highly 💛
Other: Free parking space, Tesco 2 mins walk away, in a very safe quiet grove with several blocks of new builds, near lots of great restaurants and bars
I truly love this flat and hope someone else will be able to enjoy it as much as I have!
