Sadly the time has come for me to move out of this great house share, so I'm looking for a 4th Tennant to replace me. Tenancy is due for renewal in April and the 3 other tennants are looking to re-sign with a new member.
The house an amazing property in the heart of Earlsfield, with a spacious living room, large Kitchen and moderate garden. It really shines in summer when the french doors are open and the kitchen opens up onto a south facing deck.
The room is on the top floor, very spacious and comfortable. It gets plenty of light and there is a huge amount of inbuilt storage.
NB the bedroom will be Unfurnished, however the rest of the house is fully furnished.
The Location of the house is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Earlsfield with plenty of shops, Cafe's and restaurants nearby. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, with frequent trains to Waterloo.
The other tenants are a great group of people, very friendly and welcoming to new faces. All are young professionals who love a night at the pub, but are keen to get their head down in the week.
