Large Double Room in Earlsfield / Wandsworth area

I’m moving out at the end of April and we are looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is available from the 26th April. Bills are around £120 per month, which includes Wi-Fi. Council Tax is the cheapest in England!

You'll be sharing a large home with 3 other guys (Ollie, Euan and Feez). We're all working professionals in the Marketing, Sales and Events space, with time split in the office and working from home. We are a friendly and relaxed house who all enjoy catching up and chilling in the (large!) kitchen and living room when we can after a busy days work (even garden if it's sunny). Equally the house is very spacious so you never feel on top of each other and we each have our own friendship groups etc. We are looking for another easy-going person to join the house!

The house has a very large living room and kitchen with doors onto the garden. There are 4 bedrooms and one spare bedroom, one room has an en-suite so you'd be sharing the bathroom with two others.

The room available is a furnished large, bright room with a double bed and built in wardrobes.

Earlsfield is a lovely area, the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away with trains to Waterloo via Clapham Junction every 3/4 minutes in the morning. Wandsworth is also a 10/15 minute walk away where there's a large Sainsburys, shopping centre and several gyms.
