The flat is very well connected, with a bus stop right outside providing easy access to central London. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Earlsfield Overground station and around 20 minutes to Tooting Broadway.
You’ll be sharing with working professionals, so we’re ideally looking for a professional tenant to keep the vibe aligned.
The rent is £770 per month, with a one-month deposit required. All bills are included, keeping things simple and predictable.
