Bright/spacious double room in Earlsfield!

Looking for a flatmate to replace me in this friendly 3-bed house share as I am moving out to live with my partner.

We are a chilled and relaxed flatshare, looking for a working professional who is tidy, respectful and easygoing. You’ll be moving in with Cameron (23) who is on a grad scheme and Conor (26) who works as a beekeeper (always fun to hear his stories after work!). Always up for cooking together or having a drink/chat after work.

The room itself is lovely and bright, with a bay window and regular window, and plenty of space. The flat has a separate living room, dining room and kitchen, and an office upstairs, as well as a garden/patio outside. Super lucky to have the entire house shared with just 3 people! We have a storage cupboard upstairs and a cupboard under the stairs as well.

Transport wise is about 10-15mins walk to Earlsfield station, 25 mins walk to Southfields tube or 10 mins bus into Tooting. Range of supermarkets in close proximity and only 10 mins walk to Southside shopping centre.

The room will be available from late June/early July.

Rent is £867 a month, and bills come to around £120 a month. The room is unfurnished but happy to chat about selling/leaving some of my current furniture (have a bed frame, new desk with drawers, office chair, bookshelf etc).
