We have a single room available in a quiet, well-located street in Earlsfield. Just a 7-minute walk to Earlsfield station, with fast links to Clapham Junction (3 mins), Vauxhall (7 mins), and Waterloo (12 mins). Wandsworth Common and Tooting Broadway are also within walking distance, plus great bus connections nearby.
The house is on a peaceful road with very little traffic. Parking is available outside with a permit.
We have a lovely south-facing garden (great for BBQs in summer), a comfortable shared living room, and a small but practical kitchen.
The room will come furnished with a single bed provided by the landlords.
About us:
We’re a friendly, social, and creative household who enjoy music, pubs, and spending time together. We keep the house clean and have a weekly rota, so we’re looking for someone tidy and considerate.
Details:
• Rent: £545/month
• Bills: ~£90–£100/month
• Deposit: £300
• Contract: until September, then renewable for a further 12 or 24 months (depending on agreement between all tenants — for example, the last renewal was for 2 years)
