My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to replace them in our Earlsfield flat. It is a 10-minute walk from the station, with direct trains to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, and Waterloo.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and your own private bathroom located next door to the room.
We'll be sharing the kitchen and living room. There is also a shared garden that we use alongside a friendly couple in the downstairs flat.
Additionally, there is an extra room upstairs that we use as an office, storage space, and drying room — it also has a small balcony attached to it.
You can get an inexpensive parking permit to park on the street as well through the council.
