Flat is partly furnished (wardrobe in bedroom, sofa and dining table in lounge) but you will need to source a few furnishings, eg. bed, drawers. Larger room of the flat is available.

Well kept, clean and homely flat - looking for someone who can keep it like this! The kitchen is quite small so needs to be kept well.

I currently travel with work so won’t be in the flat all year round.

I am Northern Irish, enjoy gyming/ running/ pilates/ social sports. Very keen on brunching, coffees, pubs. Happy to hang out but also happy to give privacy!
