We have just signed a lease to a 4 bedroom property in Earlsfield and looking for a male (with bants) to join us! It is located 10 min walk from Earlsfield station, quiet road, garden / patio area decent for a good braai.

- Works in audit (boring I know, but make up for it in vibes
- Loves a sauna/plunge sesh
- Rugby fan


Taylor (age 29)
- American (but not the annoying kind)
- Works in finance
- Finds any excuse to be outdoors
- Loves to cook
- Big music fan

The room available would be £1225 which includes a shared study between you and 1 other flatmate.
Shared bathroom with 1 other (picture provided)
Your room will be unfurnished but we have a lot of communal stuff between the 3 of us currently.
The deposit is £6,576 (split by 4)
