Gorgeous summer sublet in Earlsfield (South West) 7th July - 16th August.

I’m travelling this summer and looking for someone clean and friendly to take over my room. You would be sharing with 3 wonderful female flatmates (2 queer, 1 ally) aged 27-35. They are all professionals working in nursing/civil service/sports broadcasting. We frequently look after our friends’ dogs so you would have to be comfortable around dogs. We are open to your bringing your own pooch as long as they are well trained and get on with other dogs.

House is very big, with lots of space for everyone and a garden which gets the sun all afternoon (perfect summer house!). Kitchen is large and social, with plenty of space for people to cook at the same time. You’d be sharing a bathroom with two of the girls and I have a desk space in the living room downstairs for wfh. There’s also a toilet on the ground floor. One of my housemates works from home Mon&Fri, the others are full time at the hospital/office. It’s a 10-15 min walk (or 5 min bus) to the train station, with trains every few minutes into Waterloo.

Housemates are very open minded but not comfortable with drug use at home so please be considerate of this. LGBTQIA+ preferred and all genders welcome! Sadly the room is on the first floor so not wheelchair accessible.

Rent is £930 per month so ~£1395 for 6 weeks. I’m happy to discuss options for a shorter term but would like to cover at least 4 weeks if possible. I’ll continue to cover the house bills while I’m away, just hoping to have someone help with rent so I can afford to eat when I’m back!

Really is a lovely house with the best housemates (and part-time dogs!) - I’m very happy here and hope it can be a beautiful summer home for the right person 😍 x
