The room has a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage and a proper desk, so it's ideal if you work from home. There's full-fibre broadband (around 300Mbps) throughout the house.

You'd be sharing a warm, quiet, well-kept home with two easy-going housemates. As well as the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, you're welcome to use the front living room (with TV and sofas) and our lovely back garden — a real sun-trap, perfect for a morning coffee or unwinding after work.

Rent is £950 per calendar month with ALL bills included (electricity, water, council tax and full-fibre wifi), so there's nothing extra to budget for.

It's a great fit for a professional after a comfortable, flexible base — whether you're on a work placement, relocating to London, on a contract, or moving between homes. Longer and mid-term stays are very welcome. Pets considered by arrangement.
