I’m sadly leaving my flat share with my lovely flatmate Bryony as I’m buying a flat. The room will be available from 27th August and is £1050pcm (bills are an extra £115/month, paid separately into a shared account to keep things simple and to cover any fluctuations).

About the Flat:
This is a gorgeous, 2-bedroom flat split over two levels, so it feels really spacious. It’s just under 10 minutes from Earlsfield Station (and 15 mins to Waterloo) and also 10 mins from Wimbledon Park station for the District Line. The 156 bus stops almost outside and it also runs a night service for those late nights.

Earlsfield itself has a great vibe – there are loads of pubs and cute coffee spots to choose from. Theres a Sainsbury’s Local less than 5 minutes from the flat and an M&S close by so you’ll have all the essentials covered.

The flat is well-kept with plenty of storage space (there’s an airing cupboard and room for coats and shoes in the hallway). The living room and kitchen are done to a high standard and make it a really nice place to relax in.

A Little About Bryony:
Bryony is 32 and works in Marketing for a law firm. She spends most of the week in the office with a couple of days working from home.

Outside of work, Bryony loves music, going to gigs, trying new activities and exploring London. She’s sociable, easy-going and enjoys spending time with her housemate but also appreciates having her own space.

She’s looking for someone with a similar vibe who’s clean, considerate and could potentially become a friend!
