Hi, we are looking for a new, friendly flatmate, male or female, to share a bright, spacious flat with 2 others in Earlsfield.
The flat is in a great location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Earlsfield as well as being just 10-minute walk from Earlsfield station (with very regular trains straight to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo) or a short bus ride/20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station.
The fully furnished flat is set over two floors (first and second floors) and comprises of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a small double), a spacious living room, a very good-sized kitchen/breakfast room, a downstairs toilet with sink and an upstairs bathroom.
The large double bedroom (12’3 x 11’7 / 3.73m x 3.53m) and the double bedroom (10’ x 8'3 / 3.05m x 2.52m) being offered are spacious and light (with a black-out blind). They are fully furnished with double beds, large in-built wardrobe, shelving and a chest of drawers. There is also a shared storage cupboard under the stairs, so there is ample space.
Rents are £805 (large double) and £696 (double bedroom) a month and includes all bills except Wi-Fi, which costs [£4.75 per month] per person. The deposit is 5 weeks rent. We have a great (live-out) landlord who is available whenever we need him.
We are all professionals. It's a quiet house as we all lead independent lives, however we are friendly and sociable and like catching up over a drink when our schedules match! The house is very much a home.
