Sun-soaked room in Earlsfield

🏠 The Flat: Contains 2 bathrooms, each with shower (with great water pressure) and toilet, a rare feature for a 4-person flat. Large lounge which gets sun for most of the day. The place does well to keep the heatwave at bay while also containing heat from radiators in winter. We feel very secure with the intercom system.

🛏️ The Room: Fully furnished with wardrobe, set of draws, bed and mattress. Gets sun throughout the morning and afternoon.

🌆 The Area: 1 min walk from a park. 10 min from Overground station. 20 mins from District line in Southfields. Nearest chain gym is Gym Group in Southfields as well. We’re near the Leather Bottle which is a fantastic outdoor pub as well.

🚿 Amenities: All basic whiteware plus dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

💰 Expenses: Cheapest council tax band in London (Wandsworth) so we’re only paying £60-70 for everything depending on season. Deposit is 1 week’s rent

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Flatties: 2 easy going NZ guys + someone (likely female) else will be moving in at end of September. Enjoy the pub, sports and gigs as much as the next guy.
