Hi, I'm Sam, a 24-year-old Economic Consultant working in central London. I'm looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to take the second double bedroom in my two-bedroom flat from 5th September (can be flexible with the exact date).

The room is a double bedroom and, you'll also have your own private bathroom.

The flat features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a private balcony.

Location

The flat is in a peaceful, leafy part of South West London, but also close to popular areas like Clapham/Balham/Brixton, with excellent transport links:
• Earlsfield station (direct to London Waterloo) – 10-15 minute walk
• Tooting Broadway/Bec (Northern line) – 15-20 minute walk
• Wandsworth Common station - 20 minute walk

There's also an Energie Fitness gym less than a 10-minute walk away.

• £1,100 pcm rent
• £165 pcm bills (includes council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi)
Total: £1,265 pcm

I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful and easy to live with. Outside of work, I'm a big sports fan and enjoy watching football, cricket and F1, so if you're into sport too, that's definitely a bonus. I also enjoy going out for drinks or the occasional night out, but I'm equally happy with a relaxed evening at home.
