Description
Hi! We’re Lizzie & Molly, and we’ve just rented a gorgeous 3 bedroom house in Earlsfield super close to the station, and are looking for a third person to come and join us.
As we’re moving in on the 30th/31st August, the photos are from the estate agent website but are true to the property (if anything, it feels even bigger and nicer inside)
👯♀️About us:
- We met through work a few years ago, and have been friends ever since. We both come with our own friendship groups, so if you have a friendship group in London already or not, we have lots of people you can add to your group (can never have enough friends in London!)
- Molly (27) recently did a career change to go back to university to study Physiotherapy, and is otherwise found doing Hospital Radio, in the David Lloyd spa (with monthly guest passes for the new housemate too) or at the pub with an icey glass of white.
- Lizzie (26) works as an EA in Central, and is normally found on a run, getting her nails done in Earlsfield or on a night out.
- When we’re at home together, we love cooking together, hosting dinner parties, watching Love Island, getting ready to go out out or just having a morning coffee together with the doors open to the garden.
🌸About you:
- We really want to live with someone we can be genuinely friends with who sees the house as their home, where we can catch up with a glass of wine after work, watch a movie, go on a night out or go on a coffee walk all together.
- We love keeping our home clean and tidy, and so someone who also likes things being tidy is fab
- As we’re both on 9-5 schedules with only 1-2 days WFH, we’re looking for someone who’s in a similar position.
🏡The house:
- 3 bedroom house in Earlsfield, about a 7 min walk to the station (direct train to Waterloo in 10 mins, Clapham in 2 mins)
- Also easy walking to Wandsworth Common Station (goes direct to Victoria Station in 10 mins)
- On a residential, mainly family road (feels v safe)
- The whole house has been re done, with a kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher
- Large living room/dining room with bifold doors that open onto a huge private garden
- A fourth bedroom with 3 desks as a separate office space for WFH days or if extra works needs to be done
- Double bedroom on the ground floor
- Outdoor storage space for bikes etc
- Lots of green space near (Springfield Park 2 mins away, Wandsworth Common 10 mins away)
🛏️Furnishings:
- We’ve rented the house as unfurnished, because we have a lot of furniture we’re bringing (and included a sofa within the contract)
- For your room, we’re happy to help you find furnishings (bed/wardrobe etc) before you move in, but wanted to keep it broad incase you have your own stuff you want to bring
💸Finances & Legalities
- The rent is £1200 a month
- Bills are approx £100
- The deposit is roughly £1200
- Wandsworth council tax
- For your own reassurance of renting, we’d add you officially to the contract too, and the estate agency are really great to deal with
If this sounds like it could be a great fit for you, please just send us a message with a little bit about you, any questions and when you’d be available for a chat/drink/coffee🥰
