I'm looking for a professional housemate to share my recently renovated and beautifully furnished home with garden in Earlsfield.
The available space is much more than just a room: you'll have a spacious 13 sqm bedroom, fully furnished and full of natural light. It currently features a convertible couch, but can be replaced with a double/single bed if requested. The room shares an adjacent bathroom with another room. All bills (incl council tax, wifi etc) are included in rent. Also open to renovations if preference is to remove wallpaper & change wall colour.

I'm a 30-year-old professional and the owner of the house. My current flatmate and I are sociable, outgoing and active, but also value peace, privacy and a calm home environment. We enjoy travelling, sports, cooking, and trying new activities. I'm currently spending a lot of my spare time working on the garden and other little house projects.

Who I'm Looking For
I'd love to find another professional who is looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. Someone independent who enjoys having their own space, but is also happy to occasionally share a meal, a glass of wine or beer, or a chat after work.
