Cosy Top Floor room in Earlsfield

After two years I am leaving my top floor room in quiet, clean and homely house in Earlsfield. I am looking for someone to start renting from October 24th 2026 (this is on a rolling contract). I love this area, and am only leaving due to work commitments. I have always felt very safe here.

Living with three other girls who are all working professionals, we have kept a comfortable and safe space for us all to live in. We all really respect eachother's space and routines, and even though work different hours have kept a really lovely atmosphere. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 others as there is an en-suite in one room.

Around a 10 min walk to Earlsfield station, 13 min bus from outside the door to Clapham Junction and 15 minute walk to the district line. Small Sainsbury's local is a 4 min walk away, M&S and Tesco right by Earlsfield station, and around 20 min walk to Southside Shopping Centre with a big Sainsburys, Lidl, and Waitrose.

The room only comes with the bed but as I am moving, I can discuss furniture options/if you want anything left for a small price.

Cheapest council tax in the UK (!!), bills come to around £100 a month, and a deposit of £631 is required.
You must be in full time work or be able to pass referencing, this is all done through our estate agent. We cannot accept guarantors!
