THE ROOM:
We have a lovely ground floor medium sized double bedroom available. It has lots of natural light, a door leading onto the patio side return & garden, built in shelves & free standing wardrobe, chest of draws, draws under the bed & side table.

MOVE IN DATE: flexible, but it is available from 1 February 2021.

THE HOUSE:
A lovely victoria terrace house on a quiet residential road in Earlsfield with plenty of room to work from home (if required).
The house has:
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet (1 bathroom is an ensuite)
- Kitchen/dinner
- Sitting room
- garden & cats!

The house is 7 mins walk from Earlsfield station (12 mins overland to Waterloo) and all Garratt Lane amenities i. e. lovely local pubs, restaurants, cafes and random little shops or more mainstream Tesco and Sainsburys Locals.

Kitchen/dinner:- large family sized, fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and plenty of work space. Dinning table and chairs.

Sitting room: Sitting room, big comfy sofa, TV, chairs, DVD, Sky TV & internet.

Patio garden, which is a sun trap and a spare bike rack outside.

Rent:- £600 pcm (including council tax & water rates). All other utilities are extra, including cleaner (circa for all bills is £100 pcm or below averaged over the year).

We want to live with someone (male or female) that has a social life but also, when home, likes spending time with their flatmates and a glass or wine/beer or two, is fun, laid back and easy going, and is also clean and tidy! Also, any new flatmates must like cats as we have a number of gorgeous cats who really are no bother at all & will leave you alone unless you want their company! It’s perfect home for animals lovers 🐾

No preference if a smoker or not, but no-one smokes in the house (this is non-negotiable) only in the garden.
