The flat will be shared with 2 female professionals in their mid twenties/early thirties. There is a nice eat-in kitchen as well as a communal living room.

On street parking is available with a permit.

Secluded 40 foot private garden to rear of the property.

Bills are not included in rent but are shared, with an especially low council tax.

Swaby road is a very popular location. The road is quiet but transport, shops and restaurants are a very short walk away.

We are looking for an easy going, house-proud and tidy person to fill the single room. The room is SMALL but it has what many need - a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and additional substantial storage in a hallway cupboard just next to the room doorway (for sole use of the room holder). There's space for a small desk too if needed or the possibility to WFH in the lounge (subject to agreement with other house mates). Best of all, you will be buying in pretty cheaply to a highly convenient location with sociable and easy going flat mates.

The room is available from 19 August. We are likely to commence viewings on Tuesday evening 23 July and possibly also Wednesday evening 24 July.
