Self contained Loft conversion for prof girl

We have a lovely loft, complete with open-plan kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, shower & toilet and storage room available. Dishwasher and washing machine built into kitchenette. There is more than sufficient space for 2 people but a professional girl would be a strong preference. The loft is fully self contained with only a common entrance and garden to be shared with the friendly housemates below. The property is located on a quiet residential road within 5 minutes walk of trendy highstreet and Earlsfield station. The station has trains every 3 minutes to London Waterloo and, in the opposite direction, Wimbledon. All bills, which include broadband internet, full skyTV etc are included in the monthly rent. I am available for viewings every evening from 6pm and Saturday at 10: 30. Please bring ID and most recent payslip as proof of earnings.
