Huge room in lovely spacious flat with garden

So I'm looking for someone to take my flatmates room for 6 months whilst he's off travelling the world

The house is a recently refurbished 3 bed Victorian conversion in a quiet street just off Garratt Lane. Although there are 3 bedrooms, one is an office so you would only be sharing with one other person (me) in what is a very large flat with separate Kitchen/diner, living room, massive bedroom and decorated nicely throughout. Also has a garden with sofas and a shed for storage.

In terms of mod cons, the flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, power shower, 50" tv with Virgin TV, 100meg broadband, netflix, and a cleaner that comes every couple of weeks.

Earlsfield is a gem of a place, and has the best pizza in all of London at the end of the road, nice cafes like Ben's Canteen, late night bars like 366 for a night out, and the Wandle for watching sports.

The guy you'd be sharing with (me) is a 31 year old working in media, I tend to be out a couple of times in the week and do like a night out come the weekend.

In terms of a flatmate, looking for a fun young professional to share this great flat with for 6 months, no preference on male or female.

Worth noting that we own the property so have put our hearts in souls in making it a really nice place to be since moving in 8 months ago, also means there's no pesky agencies or fees, references would just be a recent bank statement and a maybe a pint down the pub to check we get on!
