Looking for a professional to rent out a spacious and bright double bedroom on the third floor of a newly renovated victorian house.

The room is very spacious with built in wardrobes, and has a king size bed. The room also has one window and a juilette balcony making it very bright and airy. The en-suite has a shower, sink and toilet.

The house is in an excellent location on a quiet residential street only 5 minutes walk to Earlsfield station and a 10 - 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Park tube.

The house consists of three bedrooms, a large kitchen and lounge with a recently renovated garden.

We are a couple who have recently got onto the property ladder, we are very easy going, clean and tidy. We are looking for a house mate that would enjoy going down to the local for the occasional drink / dinner, and is also happy doing their own thing. We both work in the city, like to gym, play tennis, golf and spend time with friends, eating out / bars etc.
