I am looking for a friendly professional to share with one only.

The room is bright overlooking the garden. It has a double bed and is fully furnished with a large floor-to-ceiling built in wardrobe with clothes rails and shelves. The room is large enough to accommodate a desk for home working (preferably not more than once a week). There is also one freestanding bookshelves.

The house is a three bedroom terraced house with a leafy sun trap deck/garden. It definitely has a home-feel to it. There is one family bathroom upstairs and one downstair toilet.

The house is quiet, clean and well maintained. It is located in the Wandsworth Town area (Zone 2/3).

Cleaning is included as well as all the other bills.

Moving date is flexible. Room is currently available.

There is a cat in the house.

We are within 5 minutes away by bike from Clapham Junction, 20 min by bike from Battersea park, 30 min by bike from Victoria and Waterloo Stations.

Wandsworth Common, Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth Town, Sainsbury/Waitrose, Argos, cinemas, many parks and gyms, and the river are less than 15 min walk away from the house.
Tesco Express and Co-op, local shops plus a great Italian restaurant are at the bottom of the road.

For public transports: Wandsworth Rail and Earlsfield Stations are 7 minutes away. That will get you to Waterloo Station in 10 minutes by train. Clapham Junction is under 12 minutes away by bus.
