There is a shared Kitchen on the 1st floor, with an extra bathroom and shower room on the top floor. The house is shared with 3 other lodgers with a separate space on the ground floor for the live in landlord. There is no shared living room or garden access.

Very close to mainline trains (Earlsfield Station is a short 5 min walk away) in to central London as well as many busses to other parts of South/Central London. The local high street enjoys many popular bars and restaurants along the high street. Wandsworth town centre and Tooting with its markets are both a short bus ride away. Wimbledon Park and Underground station is also within a 10-15 minute walking distance.
