Large Room in Friendly Flat

We have a large double room available in our sociable two floor flat in Earlsfield as sadly our flatmate Ash is moving out.

The room has lots of storage with a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe across one of the walls. The bathroom, with shower and bath, is next door which is shared with just with one person.

The property is really spacious, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms split across the two floors. We also have a study which is really handy for that extra bit of space. The living room is big with a comfy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. Out the back is a private paved garden which we use for BBQs and playing table tennis. The house itself is on a quiet residential road close to the high street.

Earlsfield has a lot going on whilst not feeling too busy, plus it is close to Central London and places like Clapham/Balham/Tooting. We are a 7 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, where you can get to Wimbledon (3 mins), Clapham Junction (5 mins) and Waterloo (12 mins).

A little bit about us. We are an active house who all like to get out and about, whether that be swimming, running, going to the gym or walking. We are all very sociable and enjoy chatting whilst cooking in the evenings, having a pint together or watching a film. We have however all lived in houseshares before and know how to respect each other’s privacy. The house is kept clean and tidy but no one is a clean freak.

We organise bills ourselves & they're roughly £90 a month.
