Spacious double room in Wandsworth

My double room is available from mid September as I have bought a flat. I’ve been in the flat for 8 years so will be sad to leave! Two friendly, outgoing housemates in a top floor, spacious flat with all mod cons. Dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, large HD tv, full sky and BT sports package, fibre optic broadband. The bathroom is shared between 2 as the 3rd bedroom has an en suite, balconies on both sides of the flat. The balcony closest to the kitchen is south facing so gets the sun all day and we’ve been mainly using the north facing balcony as a makeshift gym since Covid.

We are all working from home at the moment, as you can tell from the screens on the dining table but usually work in the city.
10 minute walk from both overground rail (southwest - Earlsfield) and tube (district line - Southfields)
