Short let: Extremely clean and quiet single room

Please read on only if you are looking for a short let of 5 weeks, available from 17th of March until 24th of April.

Small but wonderfully sunny, cozy, extremely clean and quiet room facing a garden within a three-bed-house in a very safe residential area of Earlsfield.

Room has a single bed with comfortable memory foam mattress with storage drawers underneath, desk and chair and chest of drawers.

There is a clothes hanging rail with shoe rack which is 80cm wide.

You will be sharing with two extremely clean, respectful and quiet professional females therefore like-minded PROFESSIONAL female would be considered. No student unfortunately.
We are very friendly and caring house mates but tend to keep things to ourselves.
It is a perfect household if you want to come home to relax in a clean and quiet environment.

7-8 mins walk from Earlsfield Station, lots of shops, restaurants/bars and Sainsbury Local nearby.
Convenient for all areas of London with numerous trains and buses.
Frequent services (approx every 3 mins) on British Rail to Wimbledon (1 stop/3mins), Clapham Junction (1 stop/3mins), Vauxhall (2 stops/7mins), Waterloo (3 stops/12mins).
Bus 77 to Waterloo, 44 to Victoria, 270 to Putney etc. and night bus N44 serves from Trafalgar Sq all night.

Free street parking is possible on the next road up which is a few mins walk.

Shared use of kitchen and bathroom, would appreciate if you could be considerate, quick and clean after yourself.
I am looking for a professional female who is very clean, tidy, quiet, considerate and respectful.
Would also appreciate it if you could refrain from inviting guests thus cheaper rent than similar properties in the area.

Bills are included except for gas & electricity, currently £75 PCM.

You will be asked to buy your own bathroom tissues, toiletries, kitchen towels etc.
