I will be leaving but am advertising for a single room available in a three bedroom house in Earlsfield - shared bathroom (shower in bath); lounge; dining room; kitchen leading onto a utility room with a separate loo and paved garden. There is a basement for storage.

The closest train station is Earlsfield, which is an 8 minute walk away. The 77 bus which runs from Tooting to Waterloo is a 2 minute walk away. Southside shopping centre is 17 minutes away. All quite handy and central.

The house would suit a professional male/female who is clean, tidy, responsible and considerate and in full employment. The room is available from 31 March.
