Double room in ground floor flat

Hello,

I have a spare room to rent in my two bedroom flat in Earlsfield. It is available from early August but have some flexibility with move in dates.

The flat is conveniently located on a quiet road less than 5 minutes walk from Earlsfield train station and all the shops and bars on Garrett Lane. Earlsfield is about 15 minutes to Waterloo.

The flat comprises of two double bedrooms, a shower room, an open plan living area plus a garden. There’s also space to securely store bikes.

During the week I am normally out doing sport and tend to socialise out more at the weekends.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, relaxed flat mate.
