3 young professionals (30-35) renting in Earlsfield SW London looking for a fourth housemate, male or female - we're fairly relaxed! The room on offer is a large double room on the 1st floor of the house, with plenty of storage space and room for a work-from-home setup.

We've lived here for a varying number of years - some long term and one housemate who has been here a few months. The outgoing housemate had been here for 11 years and has always been happy here Now looking to replace a housemate who is moving out. One housemate working in central London (with a couple of days a week working remotely from home). Commute is very straightforward, with mainline to Waterloo and various tube stops nearby. The others work locally.

We would like to consider ourselves as a friendly, down to earth bunch. Hobbies amongst the group include Football, Tennis, Running, Bouldering and usual social scene - pubbing and going out. We've always loved living in the area, and we're looking forward to having someone new on board. Ideally looking for someone who enjoys a heathy mix of being social at home but also enjoys spending time solo. Being adults, we avoid having loads of house rules, just be respectful and clean up after yourself. Bonus points for a work schedule keeping with our current 9-5ish house schedule.
