Large Double Room - minutes from the station

My current housemate is moving out at the beginning of September so I’m looking for a sociable, clean and tidy professional to share my two bedroom garden flat with.
The flat has a big living/dining room and separate kitchen that leads onto a garden which is perfect for summer BBQs!
The room is a large double that comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
Earlsfield station is around 3 minutes walk away and even less to the nearest shops/pubs.
I’m a sociable 30 year old female - looking for someone who wants to treat the flat like a home and who is happy to share the odd nights in if we’re both around!
Bills aren’t included but they come to £120 each a month which includes broadband, sky, Netflix etc.
