Nice double room in 3 bed house share, A+livingrom

Nice double bedroom, very close to central line station and shops.

Sorry for all the delay on replies, to do with a holiday and getting room ready after move.

You can get into town very quickly on the central line.

Bedroom on the lower floor of 3 double bed flat, toilet and washroom separate.

A tidy person with a steady income & a good out look on life would be nice, male or female.

We like normal things you would expect for London, work hard, play hard, watch TV shows on the Sunday, go to parks and the gym etc, cocktails on the weekend and good in the week etc.

Bedroom has wardrobe, draws & an extra clothes hanger.

Good size living room with lots of windows and dining table and TV etc.

Kitchen has x2 fridges.

We have a dishwasher and washing machine etc.
We could organize a bi-weekly cleaner as a group if flatmates agree.

Room is available because our good house mate Stu is moving in with his girlfriend.

Techno and some Rock music is the main house music taste ha if that matters. Smoking is outdoors if having a few drinks, and no problem if you like to smoke other stuff.

We have a cat called Blue, not any trouble, just asks for breakfast at about 8am but otherwise quiet and lazy.
