Nice double room in 3 bed house share, East acton

Nice double bedroom, very close to central line station and shops. Bills included

Our nice house mate needed to move back to Germany so room to let, room is ready to move in about a week.

You can get into town very quickly on the central line, 5 min from east acton station and bus to door.

We do our own thing a lot of the time so not to worry about your own time.

Bedroom on the lower floor of 3 double bed flat, toilet and washroom separate.

A tidy person with a steady income & a good out look on life would be nice, male or female.

We like normal things you would expect for London, watch TV shows on the Sunday, go to parks and the gym etc, cocktails on the weekend and good in the week etc.

Bedroom has wardrobe, draws & an extra clothes hanger.

Good size living room with lots of windows and dining table and TV etc.

Kitchen has x2 fridges.

We have a dishwasher and washing machine etc.
We could organize a bi-weekly cleaner as a group if flatmates agree.


Techno and some Rock music is the main house music taste ha if that matters. Smoking is outdoors if having a few drinks.

We have a cat called Blue, not any trouble, just asks for breakfast at about 8am but otherwise quiet and lazy.
