Two bedroom available. Flat is on the 2nd floor. Share of living room/kitchen/bathroom/toilet and the balcony of course.

Note that Bills, council tax etc are on top and are a shared expense with the other flat mates. They work out at approx £120 per month.

Two room are already taken by a 2 males in their 20/30s. (Both chilled out).

Flat is excellent location with 5-10 mins walk to underground and rail stations. Also 10 mins bus ride to shepherds bush stn.

** Smokng allowed on balcony only.
