Double Room in East Acton

Hello everyone,

On behalf of my landlords, I am advertising this ground floor furnished double room in East Acton available from 5th of July for a single working person. I will upload new pictures within the next few days showing the furniture.

£850 pounds per month with all bills included. 1 month deposit. Unfortunately, we do not accept couples and it won't be suitable for anyone with extreme cooking habits.

You have full access to kitchen, however, from our experience, we would prefer someone who is NOT an extreme cook and uses the kitchen respectfully. We are looking for someone who would NOT overwhelm the entire house with heavy spicy meals with a kilogram of onions everyday for a couple of hours, or at night time. :)

Shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is currently occupied by 4 people (3 of them upstairs) and a medium sized friendly dog, contained in my room (downstairs) :) The friendly dog does not have access to the rest of the house.

It comes furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, coffee table, built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

You will also have your own small fridge in the room, kettle and a microwave.

Live-in landlords are lovely - senior lady with her husband and son, they live upstairs.

The house is happy but quiet. Not a party house. No smoking inside the house - welcome to smoke outdoors in the front garden.

All of us are Muslim. However, we welcome everyone irrespective of their faith.

Spoken languages are English, Arabic and French.
